Purchasing Online

To make your purchase online, it’s as simple as clicking on the « ORDER » button on the top right corner of our home page or by clicking on the « Order Babyshell » button directly on our home page. Then you need to choose the type of shell you would like, the size, and the quantity.

In the rare case of unavailability of the product, we will inform you by email as soon as our stocks are replenished. If this is not satisfactory, you are free to cancel your order by sending us an email at clearly stating your name, adress and the date you placed your order.

Payment Options

Payment of your order is required in full before shipment of any product occurs.

We have provided a secured payment website using Paypal and Stripe. This allows you to pay either with an existing Paypal account or using a bank card or credit card using Paypals secure online payment option or Stripe secure online payment option. You do not need to possess or open a Paypal account to use this option.

As soon as we receive your cheque we will ship your order with the following 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Shipping Conditions

Prices of shipping and handling are listed at the checkout of your order. In most cases shipping is included in the price unless you choose another option.

Shipments by « Lettre Suivie » require 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) in France and 4 to 6 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for Europe and the rest of the world.

Returns & Refunds

You have a legal right to request a refund within 14 days of the reception of your product. The product must be returned unused, in it’s original packaging. The cost of mailing the return is the responsibility of the customer. We will process your refund by Paypal, Stripe, cheque or wire transfer as soon as we have received the merchandise. Please remember to include your name, address, email and telephone information with your returned items.
